EQUIPMENT AND LAUNCH USE AGREEMENT

1.      This form must be completed and submitted to the Board of Trustees prior to the time if requested use of the equipment or facilities.

2.      The equipment/facilities may no be used until the Commodore, or his/her designate has signed this form.

3.      In the event of an emergency, a member may use any equipment or facilities needed, by filling out this form and leaving it on the desk in the office, under the door or with the Caretaker.

4.       No Yacht Club Property may be taken from the premises with the exception of the trailer. The trailer may not be taken off Clover Island. Use of the trailer off the Club property is limited to 48 hours.

HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT

The undersigned Member of the Clover Island Yacht Club shall and will indemnify and save harmless, the Clover Island Yacht Club and all of it's Members, Officers, Agents, and Employees from and against any and all liability claims, demands, expenses, fees, penalties, suits, proceedings, actions, and causes of actions, of any and ever kind and nature, arising or growing out of, or in any way connected with the undersigned Members use of, or activities connected with the use of, the boat haul-out equipment owned by the Clover Island Yacht Club. This equipment shall include, but not be limited to, the Club's haul-out trailer, and motorized or no-motorized haul-out equipment, the boat hoist lift, or any other straps or stands or other devices used for the lifting or supporting of a boat. The facilities mentioned also include the boat launch owned by the Port of Kennewick and used with the permission of Clover Island Yacht Club.

I have read and understand the above, and agree to abide with this, and all of the rules and regulations of the Clover Island Yacht Club pertaining to the use of Club property, equipment and/or facilities by a Member.
